After leaving the chair, all sales are final. I am not responsible for any alterations that is done by the client.

FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR APPOINTMENT AND YOU WILL BE MARKED AS A NO SHOW.

Deposit Policy
TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT, YOU'LL BE CHARGED A $45 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
THE DEPOSIT GOES TOWARDS YOUR SERVICE.
Hair Policy
YOUR HAIR MUST BE CLEAN WITH MINIMUM PRODUCT IN IT.
INABILITY TO ADHERE TO THIS POLICY WILL RESULT IN A $25 INCONVENIENCE FEE FOR ME TO DO THE SERVICE.
ADDING CURLY (HUMAN HAIR) THAT IS PROVIDED WILL BE AN UPCHARGE OF $50
Cancellation/No Show Policy
IF YOU CANNOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL 48 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.
• YOU'RE ALLOWED TO RESCHEDULE 1 TIME WITH THE SAME DEPOSIT.
IF YOU RESCHEDULE/CANCEL WITHIN 48 HOURS, YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT AND WILL HAVE TO BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT.
IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT ME TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL, YOU WILL BE CONSIDERED A NO-SHOW AND WILL HAVE TO PAY IN FULL UPFRONT TO SCHEDULE AGAIN.
• REPEATED VIOLATIONS OF THIS POLICY WILL GET YOU BANNED FROM BOOKING.
